My freezer is still full of interesting items from my last shopping excursion. There's a duck and a game hen, a couple of pounds of chicken breasts, several cuts of pork, including a whole pork tenderloin, and a small beef roast. Alas, all the seafood has been consumed, so I'm going to have include shrimp and fish on my fresh ingredients shopping list, along with mint and lemongrass.
