This Month's Film: The Lover
At long last, I have finally cleared my desk and can turn my attention once again toward my Vietnamese menu. Tonight I made several appetizers, including a batch of sweet pickles, and a light salad of lime-marinated orange roughy served over a bed of spring greens with fresh mango, dressed in a light Asian vinaigrette.
