This Month's Film: Memoirs of a Geisha
While Rene and Will crunched on fancy sembei, I prepared three plates of tuna & salmon sashimi, garnished with the traditional shredded daikon, wasabi paste and tiny wedges of lemon. Both the tuna and the salmon were impeccably fresh and meltingly tender, and there were enough trimmings left over to make several other small dishes.
