This Month's Film: Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress
Thanks to the Friends of the Library Sale at our local public library, I have expanded my repertoire of Chinese cookbooks significantly since the last time I prepared a Chinese menu. So with all these new resources, I’m looking forward to trying a whole new array of Chinese dishes. One that includes a few untried ingredients and some new preparation techniques. And with a fairly easy workload ahead of me this month, I’m definitely in the mood to experiment.
