This Month's Film: Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress
In addition to bits of pork, this spicy noodle dish features an interesting array of vegetable ingredients, including water chestnuts and baby corn. The sauce is sweetened with a little sugar and spiced with Szechuan peppercorns to create a dynamic balance of flavors.
