Szechuan Orange Chicken
This Month's Film: Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress
Another show-stopper, this Sezchuan Orange Chicken is sweet and tangy with a hint of spice. And it’s another quick and easy dish. Boneless chicken is quickly stir-fried and then seasoned with ginger root, garlic, green onion, Szechuan peppercorns, Chinese Shao Xing wine, soy sauce, orange zest, sugar and sesame oil. A vibrantly flavorful addition to any Chinese menu.
The recipe will be posted at the end of the month, along with my ‘Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress’ film review.
