This Month's Film: Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress

The refreshing shaved ice with fresh fruit that I made earlier in the month turned out so beautifully and was so photogenic that I decided to feature it as the dessert for my ‘Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress’ Szechuan dinner. And it is absolutely the world’s easiest dessert.
