Stocking Up for a Singapore Menu
This Month's Film: Rice Rhapsody
It’s a warm and sunny summer weekend, just right for making my Singapore menu. I’ve got a duck defrosting in the fridge, and there’s fresh ginger, limes, garlic, baby bok choy, pineapple, and coconut milk in my pantry. All I need is some fresh crab, some giant prawns, a few stalks of lemongrass, a can of condensed milk and I’m good to go.
Send me a pair of chopsticks. Click here for details.
