Revisiting the Dessert Recipe
This Month's Film: Rice Rhapsody
Now that I've done my week in The Zone, I'm going to allow myself to indulge a little by making my Rice Rhapsody dessert: Tropical Coconut Bars. The recipe I'm cultivating includes toasted coconut, lime juice, pineapple, and condensed milk. I go weak in the knees for coconut and pineapple, so I'm keen to see how these tropical treats turn out.
