This Month's Film: The Wedding Banquet
Once again, as is often the case, my best source of inspiration for this month's recipes is Martin Yan's Asia. However, this is not the first time I will be preparing a Taiwanese menu, so I have already featured my own variation on several of his dishes. But there are still plenty left to try. I've also found a few tempting dishes on the Internet, so I have plenty to choose from.
