This Month's Film: The Wedding Banquet
Tonight's Mulligatawny was as tasty as any I've ever made, and as always, so simple. Prep involves only mincing fresh garlic and onions, dicing boneless chicken breasts, sauteeing to brown, adding chicken stock, coconut milk, and curry powder, thickening with a little roux, simmering for 30 minutes...and Bob's your uncle. Best soup ever!
