The preparation techniques for my Cambodian menu are quite simple and basic. Some of the items will be prepared in a wok on the stovetop, others in the oven, some on the grill, and some in the steam kettle. None of which will require that I purchase anything new or exotic. My garden-variety cookware, my electric countertop grill and my trusty wok should serve nicely.
