Grilled Prawns with Spicy Lime Dipping Sauce

The dipping sauce is definitely the star of the show in this dish. The prawns were simply grilled, naked, and the dipping sauce is a combination of rice vinegar, lime juice, nam pla, sugar, garlic, ginger, diced chiles and crushed peanuts, a Cambodian classic.
