This Month's Film: Imelda: Power, Myth, Illusion
Tonight I made a batch of Philippine lumpia crepes and filled them with a stir-fry of ginger, garlic, shredded carrots, and onions. Along with the stir-fry filling, I wrapped them around spears of romaine lettuce, julienne cucumber, and grilled fish, shrimp, and chicken. The dipping sauce is a combination of rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice. A light and tasty supper.
