This Month's Film: Imelda: Power, Myth, Illusion
These yummy little meat-filled pastries will steal the show. And they're so simple. A little finely chopped onion and garlic, a quarter pound of ground beef, a quarter pound of chorizo, and a can of refrigerator biscuits. Saute up the filling in a skillet. Let it cool. Roll the biscuits into 5" rounds, fill with the meat mixture, and bake. Easy as pie.
The recipe will be posted at the end of the month with my 'Imelda' film review.
