This Month's Film: Imelda: Power, Myth, Illusion
This is a new recipe for me, although it very much resembles the Chicken Adobo I made for my last Philippine menu. It's a simple chicken stew, with minced garlic, jalapeno, and onions, chopped tomatoes, paprika, bay leaves, and vinegar. Once the prep is done, it practically cooks itself. The result is a tangy-delicious treat.
