For my first Dim Sum menu in February 2005, I made Pork Shu Mai, Spring Rolls, Shrimp Toast, Spare Ribs, Barbeque Pork Buns, Paper Wrapped Chicken, Crispy Duck, Wontons, Pinwheel Shrimp, Seafood in Rice Paper Wraps, Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts, and Egg Custard Tarts. For this year's menu, I will reprise the Shrimp Toast and the Crispy Duck, but the rest will be all new.
