This Month's Film: Eat a Bowl of Tea
The first course on my 'Eat a Bowl of Tea' Love Bites menu is one of my favorite stand-by's...Rice Paper Spring Rolls filled with shrimp, cucumber and carrot, with a lime patis dipping sauce. I usually make them larger, using a whole rice paper wrapper, but this time, I pared them down to bite-sized portions. Fresh and delicious as always.
