This Month's Film: Eat a Bowl of Tea
Next on my 'Eat a Bowl of Tea' Love Bites menu comes Velvet Crab in Crispy Wontons. For this little dish, I toasted tiny wonton wrappers in cupcake tins to give them shape, and filled them with crabmeat in a simple sauce made with crab broth, scallions, and garlic, thickened with a little cornstarch. Simple, elegant, delicious.
