This Month's Film: Eat a Bowl of Tea
Third in my parade of tiny Love Bites for my 'Eat a Bowl of Tea' dim sum menu were a batch of deep-fried mushu pork rolls wrapped in wonton skins. The filling is minced pork, cabbage, garlic, scallion, flavored with hoisin and a dash of soy sauce. Crispy and unusual.
