Spicy Cold Indonesian Noodles
This Month's Film: The Year of Living Dangerously
I love cold Asian noodles. Of course, Japanese zarusoba will always be my favorite, but this one was a close second. The noodles, shrimp and julienne vegetables are dressed in a combination of rice vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil, and spicy sambal ulek. It's amazing how something so spicy can be so refreshing.
The recipe will be posted at the end of the month, along with my Year of Living Dangerously film review.
