Sweet and Spicy Thai Cashews
This Month's Film: Nang Nak
There was no hesitation when I discovered this idea for pre-dinner nibbles. A little minced garlic and Thai chiles sauteed in sesame oil, then tossed with the cashews and glazed with a spoonful of sugar. I wonder how they say YUM in Thailand?
