Spicy Thai Tomato Dip
This Month's Film: Nang Nak
This is a refreshing pre-dinner treat that's perfect for dipping with shrimp chips or fresh vegetables like thinly sliced cucumber and carrot. It's just a simple salsa-like concoction made with fresh ripe tomatoes and finely chopped basil, in a light dressing of lime, rice vinegar and nam pla.
