Thai Grilled Fish With Lettuce Wraps
This Month's Film: Nang Nak
This was my favorite dish on the whole Thai menu this month. I used filets of whiting for the fish, and flaked it into a mixture of Thai chiles, minced shallots, lime juice, and nam pla, sweetened with a little sugar. I served it with fresh leaves of red lettuce for wrapping. What a light, simple dish for either an appetizer or a main course.
The recipe will be posted at the end of the month, along with my Nang Nak film review.
