Thai Scallop Salad with Spicy Lime Vinaigrette

I love scallops, and these plump rascals were fantastic, lightly sauteed and served over a bed of lettuce and fresh basil, drizzled with a sweet and sour dressing made with lime juice, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, nam pla and thai chiles.
