Grilled Prawns with Ginger Butter
This Month's Film: Nang Nak
When I saw in my grocery order that Safeway had substituted the medium shrimp I'd ordered with a package of a half-dozen jumbo prawns, I simply had to include them as appetizers for my Nang Nak Thai menu. I skewered them and cooked them on the grill while I made up a batch of ginger butter. So simple and so delicious.
