Thai Garlic Chicken
This Month's Film: Nang Nak
This dish is a pretty simple Asian stir-fry with lots of garlic and lemongrass, in a sesame, lime, nam pla sauce, thickened with a dash of oyster sauce and sweetened with brown sugar. Crunchy pea pods add a nice texture.
