For my Chopstick Cinema menus, I've made several types of stew, but never Chanko-nabe. It's a rich, hearty Sumo Wrestlers' stew of meat, seasonal vegetables, tofu, and noodles. For my Australian-Asian Fusion menu, I'm going to use rabbit as the main meat, and then carry on just as if I were making a traditional chanko-nabe.
