Special Taiwanese Cooking Utensils
This Month's Film: YiYi
For the Taiwanese menu I'm making this month I will need a crock pot for the San Pei Pork, a wok for deep frying the Shrimp, a soup kettle for simmering the Hot & Sour soup, a rice cooker for the Fried Rice, a few saucepans for the Spicy Sauces, and some sharp cutlery. Nothing out of the ordinary.
