Researching Korean Recipes
This Month's Film: The Harmonium in My Memory
I have made Korean food four times in my Chopstick Cinema history, and each time I feature Korean cuisine, I always look for new ideas and dishes I haven't yet tried. So I have been back through my Asian cookbooks and have researched all over the internet. I've discovered several websites I hadn't seen before, and there are still recipes in my own cookbooks that I haven't tried. And awhile back, Mark Bittman did a piece on Pajun Vegetable Pancakes for the New York Times, which has inspired me to have another go at them. So it looks like I will be revisiting a couple of old favorites as well.
