This Month's Film: Riding Alone for Thousands of Miles

As always after a full meal, I enjoy a light, fruity dessert. This time, I decided upon Lemon Mango Pudding. The recipe is quick and easy, since I used a packaged lemon pudding mix, and for the mango element, I substituted mango nectar for the water in the cooking instructions. The result was thick and creamy, with a pleasant tang of both lemon and mango. A simple and attractive dessert for any occasion.
