Curry Coconut Pineapple Kebabs
This Month's Film: The Spiral Road
Fresh pineapples were on sale this week, so deciding on my Indonesian dessert was easy. To prepare it, I cut it into generous wedges, sprinkled them with curry powder and brown sugar, grilled them, and drizzled them with coconut milk at serving time. A light and tasty end to very spicy and colorful meal.
