This Month's Film: The Razor’s Edge
In my four years of creating menus for Chopstick Cinema, I have featured Himalayan dishes from Tibet and Bhutan, but this is a first for Nepal. According to my research, the three cuisines seem to have lots in common, including the palette of ingredients they use, the cooking techniques, and the actual dishes themselves, which tend to be simple and hearty yet richly flavorful. The perfect foods for the onset of cool weather.
