Since Nepali cuisine can be prepared using mainly common ingredients, and my spice rack already had all the flavoring agents I needed, shopping for my ‘Razor’s Edge’ Nepali menu was easy. However, there is still one thing missing. I want to make a curried goat dish. Fortunately, a few weeks ago, I saw goat for sale at a Philippine market in Vallejo, a town just south of Napa. So on my way home from San Francisco tomorrow, I’m going to stop in to see if they have goat on display again. If not, then I will just buy a nice piece of lamb and go right ahead with my curry recipe.
