Matzo Ball Soup

Chopstick Cinema

This Month's Film: Ushpizin
Cuisine: Jewish

My Matzo Ball Soup was a surprising success. Never having even seen it before, much less tasted it, even with reliable recipes to guide me, I must say I had my reservations. But mine was right on the money. The chicken broth was outstanding, and my homemade matzo balls were hearty and filling. And although I think it's somewhat of an acquired taste, I can well imagine Matzo Ball Soup being a family favorite in millions of Jewish households.

The recipe will be posted at the end of the month along with my Ushpizin film review.
