Chicken Schnitzel Rolls

Schnitzel is a wonderful thing. My Chicken Schnitzel Rolls were even better. I pounded the chicken breasts very thin, topped them with a layer of vegetable puree (onion, garlic, red bell pepper and parsley), tucked and rolled them, dipped them in egg and bread crumbs and deep fried them. Chicken Schnitzel Rolls...an even more wonderful thing!
