Throughout the four years that I have been creating menus for Chopstick Cinema, I have made lots of Indian dishes, none of them specifically Bihari however. The closest I've gotten to Bihar was a Bengali menu, based on recipes from the Ajanta Cookbook by Lachu Moorjani. What I've discovered so far is that Bihari cuisine is quite unique, so I'm looking forward to the experience.
