Pineapple Ginger Chutney
This Month's Film: A Passage to India

This is the second of my two Bihari chutneys. It's made with crushed pineapple, ginger, and minced green chiles, seasoned with a hint of cinnamon. A nice fruity yin to the savory yang of its tomato companion.
