No spicy Indian meal is complete without a cooling Cucumber Yogurt Raita to quench the fire. This one is a simple recipe of grated cucumber and plain yogurt, seasoned with cumin and sweet paprika. What a refreshing complement to the rich palate of spices in Bihari cuisine.
