This Week's Film: Christmas in August
I have a beautiful whole trout in my freezer that beckons to me every time I open the freezer door, and since I’ve never cooked a whole fish Korean style, it seems like kismet. So, for the next couple of days, I will be looking through my cookbooks and browsing the Internet for Korean fish recipes.
