This Week's Film: The Isle
Over the past couple of days, I’ve been gathering various recipes for Korean Fire Chicken. Most of them contain the same basic ingredients in about the same proportions, but preparation techniques vary from one to the next. So I’ve synthesized them into my own version, omitting or substituting certain ingredients according to my tastes, and settling on the preparation technique that seems most likely to produce the desired effect. Can’t wait to get in the kitchen and try it.
