Recipe: Spicy Pulled-Beef Brisket with Scallion Pancake Wraps

These tasty wraps were a resounding success. The pulled beef turned out subtly spicy and so tender. The scallion pancakes were delicately fresh and flexible for wrapping. The rice was a nicely starchy filling element, the lettuce added a pleasant crunch to the many textures of the wraps, and the braising liquid made a perfect dip.
