This Week's Film: The Hidden Blade
When I’m not in the kitchen or writing posts for ChopstickCinema, I do a little pick-up work writing content for various websites. Last week, one of my assignments was to write 400 words on tataki, a seared sashimi-style preparation that may be applied to both fish and beef. It inspired the Japanese dish I have chosen to serve with The Hidden Blade.
