This Week's Film: The Overture
I often feature Thai movies and make Thai dishes to go with them. Over the past six years, I’ve made lots of Thai curry, but so far, only with green (pictured) or yellow curry pastes. So I think it’s finally time to take the plunge and give red Thai curry paste a try.
