This recipe was one of the first Chinese dishes I made for Chopstick Cinema. I served it as part of a menu of other regional Chinese with my favorite Chinese film: Raise the Red Lantern. Even after all these years and all the wonderful Chinese dishes I’ve made since then, Mu Shu Pork is still among my favorites.
