This Week's Film: Provoked
I’ve made so many Indian dishes over the years that I’ve lost count. All of them delicious, all of them memorable. And since the characters in this week’s film are natives of Punjab who have emigrated to London, I’m going to feature a Punjabi dish. Tandoori is one of the region’s most popular cooking styles, and having had good success with my tandoori dishes in the past, I’m going to revisit my spicy-delicious recipe for tandoori chicken.
