Some of today’s most innovative filmmakers are Korean, and whenever I feature a Korean film, I get to make a fantastic Korean dish to go with it. Over the years, I’ve featured classics such as Bulgogi Mixed Grill, Kimbap Sushi, Spicy Noodles with Kimchi, Mandu Dumplings, and Pajeon Pancakes.
One of my most recent discoveries is a Korean pub snack called Fire Chicken. This fiery treat is so tasty that I’m going to have another go at it this week.
