For much of the upcoming year, I will be focusing on the curries of Asia. Each week, I will be choosing an Asian country, researching its curry, and creating a curry recipe. As always, will also be watching and reviewing a film from that country as well.
Now that I’m done with my self-taught digital SLR tutorial and have learned to operate my new camera, this week, I will begin my curry adventure with a curry retrospective.
Over the past six years, I have featured curry dishes from nearly every Asian country, and I thought it would be fun to revisit my favorite curry recipes before embarking on my quest for a deeper understanding of the various types and styles of Asian curry.
