For much of the upcoming year, I will be focusing on the curries of Asia. Each week, I will be choosing an Asian country, researching its curry, and creating a curry recipe. As always, I will also be watching and reviewing a film from that country as well.
This week I am continuing with my Curry Retrospective, revisiting my favorite curry recipes before embarking on my quest for a deeper understanding of the various types and styles of Asian curry.
