I’m going to be featuring Thai curry throughout the month of June. Last week, I made Thai Green Curry Chicken using a paste made with fresh cilantro and green chilies. This week’s dish will have seafood as the main ingredient in a sauce of coconut milk and a yellow curry paste made with lots of lemongrass.
